About Kate

I'm a certified holistic health and nutrition coach, certified yoga instructor and massage therapist through the Kripalu Center Bodywork Program, Lotus Yoga and Yoga Vermont. I believe in the clarity of mind from healthy movement, eating well and sustainable mindfulness practices.

Applying over two decades of yoga and massage practice, I provide guidance and support to my clients and students by offering small incremental changes in habits and lifestyle for making positive shifts to improve their daily lives. I custom-tailor each session for client's personal needs, empowering them to create profound healing within their own body.

My massage practice is conveniently located at 92 South Main Street in Waterbury, Vermont. It is a beautiful, sacred healing space where I offer high quality massage therapy and private yoga instruction and is shared with a local acupuncturist that specializes in restorative acupuncture.
